We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made prior to travel are not subject to a fee. If the notary has already traveled to the appointment location, the applicable mobile service fee will apply. If a signer is unavailable, lacks acceptable identification, refuses to sign, or the appointment cannot be completed upon arrival, the mobile service fee remains due.
Mobile service fees are separate from California notarial fees and compensate for travel time and mileage.
